Born in Goa India the owner is passionate about producing authentic Goan food and introducing the Indo-Portuguese cuisine to diners. Our chefs possess a wealth of experience cooking traditional Goan Indian recipes and using authentic spices and ingredients.

We are at the heart of the busy and bustling Fenland town of Spalding in South Lincolnshire. Located within the Red Lion Hotel we sit on the marketplace, a location with a long and unique history of its own.
